Timers are everywhere nowadays...just because the site wants you to become a member or show a bunch of ads....and when you are on your mobile....itz no less than mayhem!
You can use this to bypass time in opera mini.for sites which counts time like adf.ly,q.gs,4shared etc.
Use https:// instead of http:// who cant open adfly q.gs sites.
Bookmark this in opera mini or put this
javascript:alert(c=0)
Or
javascript:start=download
Or
javascript:showSkip();
Or
Javascrippt:refresh
in address bar and click enter.now it will show a dialog box click ok it.will skip a second.repeat same until u reach ur point.
